Enchantment Theatre Company’s mission is to inspire children to dream, explore, think, and connect through imaginative storytelling onstage and in the classroom.
Enchantment Theater Company was emerging from almost two years without live performances. Like many arts organizations, the pandemic had disrupted everything—programming, revenue, and connection to audiences. It was a time of deep uncertainty, and they knew they needed a clear, thoughtful plan to move forward.
We began with listening, including facilitating an all-day retreat with staff and board members. Through this process, we developed a strategic plan that balanced the need for immediate action with a long-term vision. The plan spoke to their unique position as a children’s theater company, helping them re-build in an uncertain world.
